KYRRE BJØRDAL SÆTHER

 

Our young conductor is 34 years old and grew up in Molde, but has his education from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) in England. He started as our conductor in 2010 and has since continued to form the choir´s vision.

 

Sæther´s background and education as a composer and arranger, is also an aspect he uses regularly with us. Several of our songs are arranged by him. He is also a splendid tenor and occasionally performs solos with the choir, sometimes with his ukulele «Delilah», which was a gift from the choir when the traveled to Wales in the summer of 2012. 

 

In addition to his musical passion and his great involvement with the choir, he also makes our concerts funny and exciting by adding his stories and his humour to them.
